You qualify for a $250 divorce if:
1.Both parties agree to the divorce.
AND
2. Children
You and your spouse have no children together, OR
You have an already existing order of child support and custody for all minor children, OR
Your children are legally emancipated adults.
AND
3.Assets
You and your spouse have no marital assets, OR
You and your spouse have already worked out separating assets and it will not be part of the divorce, OR
You have a previous separation agreement in place which already addresses your assets and will be incorporated into the divorce.
If you meet any of the conditions under CHILDREN above and any of the conditions under ASSETS above then you only pay $250 for your divorce, not including court mandated filing fees and service fees if applicable.
